FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS TO FIRST STREET AND UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 285 IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for landscaping improvements to First street and United States highway 285 in Artesia in Eddy county.
