FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire property for, design, renovate, equip and furnish the business development center in Roosevelt county.
