FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LOS TRIGOS DITCH FOR THE LOS TRIGOS DITCH ASSOCIATION IN RIBERA IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to replace culverts in an arroyo for the Los Trigos ditch association in Ribera in San Miguel county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to install a siphon in El Ranchito for the Los Trigos ditch association in Ribera in San Miguel county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for repairs of the section of the ditch running through El Pueblito for the Los Trigos ditch association in Ribera in San Miguel county.
