FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING AN ATHLETIC FACILITY IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000) to plan, design and construct an athletic facility in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
