FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RUNWAY AT THE ROSWELL INDUSTRIAL AIR CENTER IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for improvements to the runway at the Roswell industrial air center in Roswell in Chaves county.
