FOR PURCHASING POLICE CARS FOR THE ROSWELL CAMPUS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase police cars for the Roswell campus of eastern New Mexico university in Chaves county.
