FOR THE DONA ANA EDUCATIONAL CAMP AND RECREATIONAL PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the Dona Ana educational camp and recreational park in Dona Ana county.
