FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to plan, design and construct an elementary school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county.
