FOR AN EMERGENCY SERVICES BUILDING IN MOSQUERO IN HARDING COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy-eight thousand dollars ($278,000) to acquire property for, plan, design and construct an emergency services building in Mosquero in Harding county.
