FOR PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN TUCUMCARI IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to make improvements to the parking lot at the county courthouse in Tucumcari in Quay county.
