FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE RUNWAY AT THE ROSWELL INDUSTRIAL AIR CENTER IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to improve and reconstruct the runway at the Roswell industrial air center in Chaves county.
