FOR WIDENING NORTH ATKINSON AVENUE IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to widen north Atkinson avenue from two to four lanes between Country Club road and Mescalero avenue in Chaves county.
