FOR REPLACING THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

three hundred twenty-eight thousand four hundred twenty dollars ($328,420) to replace the telecommunications infrastructure at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
