FOR TECHNOLOGY-BASED INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AND NEEDS AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the commission on higher education

three million three hundred forty thousand dollars ($3,340,000) for statewide technology infrastructure projects and needs at institutions of higher learning throughout the state.
