FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) to upgrade the telecommunications infrastructure, including design, right-of-way acquisitions and upgrading of the city's internal network, on the Cerrillos road portion of the project in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
