FOR RENOVATION TO THE MANZANO SPRING AND DITCH ASSOCIATION SYSTEM IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for renovation of the irrigation system, including the spring, dam and ditches, in the Manzano spring and ditch association system in Torrance county.
