REQUESTED BY Rhonda S. King

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, engineer and construct a multipurpose building in the village of Willard in Torrance county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a survey and plat map of Willard in Torrance county.
