FOR BALL PARK IMPROVEMENTS IN WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for electrical improvements, construction of a concession stand and landscaping at the ball park in the village of Willard in Torrance county.
