FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A MULTI-SENIOR HOUSING FACILITY IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a multi-senior housing facility in house district 50 in the region 3 housing authority district in Torrance county.
