FOR PURCHASING BULLET-PROOF VESTS AND OTHER SAFETY EQUIPMENT FOR THE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT IN ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase bullet-proof vests and other safety equipment for the county sheriff's department in Estancia in Torrance county.
