FOR AN AMPHITHEATER AND OPEN AIR PAVILION IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct an amphitheater and open air pavilion in Deming in Luna county.
