FOR A LOCKER ROOM FOR VISITING FOOTBALL TEAMS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a locker room for visiting football teams at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
