REQUESTED BY James G. Taylor

FOR ATHLETIC INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY, EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY AND NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic infrastructure improvements at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic infrastructure improvements at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic infrastructure improvements at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
