FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LAKE ARTHUR SENIOR CENTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make capital improvements, including fencing and parking lot paving, to the Lake Arthur senior center in Chaves county.
