REQUESTED BY Pauline J. Ponce

FOR A HOLDING CELL AND POLICE STATION IN HOPE IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to drill wells for the Hope community ditch association in Hope in Eddy county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

sixty-one thousand seven hundred fifty-three dollars ($61,753) to construct a holding cell and police station in Hope in Eddy county.
