HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 160

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 3, line 21, before "number" insert "projected".

3. On page 3, lines 21 and 22, strike "students projected by the commission to enroll" and insert in lieu thereof "student credit hours".

4. On page 3, line 24, after "total" insert "projected".

5. On page 3, lines 24 and 25, strike "students projected by the commission to enroll" and insert in lieu thereof "student credit hours".

6. On page 4, line 8, after "Using" insert "a predetermined credit-hour equivalent of courses normally considered under".

7. On page 4, line 17, strike "students enrolled" and insert in lieu thereof "student credit hours".

8. On page 4, line 19, strike "students enrolled" and insert in lieu thereof "student credit hours".

9. On page 6, strike Section 6 in its entirety.
