"(1) "genetic inborn error of metabolism" means a rare, inherited disorder that:

(a) is present at birth;

(b) if untreated, results in mental

retardation or death; and

(c) causes the necessity for consumption of special medical foods;".

7. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

8. On page 2, line 18, after the beginning quotation mark insert "special".

9. On page 3, line 10, after "with" insert "genetic".

10. On page 3, line 14, before "INBORN" insert "GENETIC".

11. On page 3, line 18, after the first occurrence of "of" insert "genetic".

12. On page 3, line 22, before "INBORN" insert "GENETIC".

13. On page 3, line 25, before "medical" insert "special".

14. On page 3, line 25, after "for" insert "genetic".
