has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 15, line 20, after "fire" strike the comma and before "corrections" insert "and".

2. On page 15, lines 20 and 21, strike "and supervisory employees".

3. On page 16, line 2, after "Act" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 3 through 6 and strike line 7 up to the period.

4. On page 16, line 15, before "managers" insert "supervisors,".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
