has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after "construction" strike "of a" and strike line 23 through "of" and insert in lieu thereof "related to".

2. On page 2, line 9, after the semicolon insert "and".

3. On page 2, line 12, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

4. On page 2, strike lines 13 through 17.

5. On page 3, line 3, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-one".

6. On page 3, line 13, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof "monetary payment; or".

7. On page 3, strike lines 14 through 17.

8. On page 4, line 25, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-one".

9. On page 5, line 10, after "payment" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 11 and strike line 12 through "costs".
