AN ACT

RELATING TO RURAL PRIMARY HEALTH CARE; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PARTIALLY FUND A SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CLINIC FOR THE WEST LAS VEGAS SCHOOL DISTRICT PURSUANT TO THE RURAL PRIMARY HEALTH CARE ACT.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION--SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CLINIC.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from funds available for programs of the Rural Primary Health Care Act to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for the purpose of partially funding a school-based health clinic for the West Las Vegas school district pursuant to the provisions of the Rural Primary Health Care Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the program fund for the Rural Primary Health Care Act.
