AN ACT

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS TO FUND TWO NEW FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE POSITIONS AND BUILDING STABILIZATION AT THE OLD LINCOLN COUNTY COURTHOUSE STATE MONUMENT.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS.--

A. Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to fund two full-time maintenance positions for the old Lincoln county courthouse state monument.

B. One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to complete the stabilization of the Tunstall store museum at the old Lincoln county courthouse state monument.

C. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
