SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___2___ to SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 2

Amendment sponsored by Senator Joseph J. Carraro

1. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert a new paragraph to read:

"(6) to the legislative council service, one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) to provide a district office and staff for each legislator in accordance with legislative council policies and procedures;".

2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
