Madam President:

Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 10, line 16, strike "sewage collection" and insert in lieu thereof "sewer system".

2. On page 11, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new Paragraph (7) to read:

"(7) gray water is applied in a manner that minimizes the potential for contact with people or domestic pets;".

3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

4. On page 11, strike all of line 6 and insert in lieu thereof "to ensure that the hydraulic capacity of the soil is not exceeded;".

5. On page 11, line 7, strike "and".

6. On page 11, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraphs to read:

"(10) gray water is applied within twenty-four hours of collection;

(11) gray water is not discharged to a watercourse; and".

7. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
