Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 11, line 19, strike "and".

2. On page 11, line 21, after "Act" strike the period and closing quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

3. On page 11, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(14) a speech-language pathologist or audiologist licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Act."".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
