Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, strike "on or after January 1," and insert in lieu thereof "in".

2. On page 4, lines 21 and 22, strike "on or after January 1," and insert in lieu thereof "in".

3. On page 7, lines 8 and 9, strike "on or after January 1," and insert in lieu thereof "in".

4. On page 12, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new section:

"Section 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.--

A. The effective date of the provisions of Section 2 of this act is January 1, 2004.

B. The effective date of the provisions of Section 3 of this act is January 1, 2005.

C. The effective date of the provisions of Section 4 of this act is January 1, 2006.".
