1. On page 1, line 25, strike "fourth degree felony" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor".

2. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978".
