Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 19, line 22, after the comma insert "to the extent established in the Tort Claims Act,".

2. On page 20, line 14, after "calculated" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 15 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "shall include lost revenues due to the taking of property, including a health facility.".

3. On page 20, line 16, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

4. On page 20, line 19, strike "reasonable cause" and insert in lieu thereof "clear and convincing evidence".

5. On page 20, line 25, after "compensation" insert ", in accordance with existing law".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
