Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, strike "BUILDING AND".

2. On page 3, line 24, remove the bracket and line through "and so long as" and strike the remainder of the line.

3. On page 3, line 25, strike "inspector" and insert in lieu thereof "all structures built in flood plains are subject to inspection and approval".

4. On page 3, line 25 and on page 4, line 1, remove the line through "pursuant to the Construction Industries Licensing Act" and remove the end bracket.
