1. On page 1, line 24, after "staff" insert "or their designees".

2. On page 2, line 4, after the period insert:

"The committee shall review all contracts relating to behavorial health, including the SALUD managed care contracts, giving special attention to the rates paid for outpatient services in rural and frontier areas of the state.".
