Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, strike "criminal offense" and insert in lieu thereof "felony".

2. On page 4, line 5, after the period insert:

"Testing under the Provision shall only be performed in a lab that meets the certification standards of the Federal Bureau of Investigations".
