Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, strike "with" and insert in lieu thereof "within".

2. On page 2, strike lines 1 and 2 and insert in lieu thereof "class A county having a valuation over three billion seven hundred million dollars ($3,700,000,000) but less than five billion dollars ($5,000,000,000) and a population over one hundred twenty-eight thousand but less than one hundred forty thousand.".

3. On page 2, line 23, after "county" insert "having a valuation over three billion seven hundred million dollars ($3,700,000,000) but less than five billion dollars ($5,000,000,000) and a population over one hundred twenty-eight thousand but less than one hundred forty thousand".
