has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 1, strike "Regional Transit District" and insert in lieu thereof "Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax".

2. On page 5, line 4, strike "COMMISSION" and insert in lieu thereof "DEPARTMENT".

3. On page 5, line 5, strike "commission" and insert in lieu thereof "department".
