Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, after "LOANS" insert "; MAKING AN

APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 4, line 1, strike the closing quotation mark, and between lines 1 and 2 insert the following new subsection to read:

"C. To defray the cost of processing the information required to be reported, the director may charge a fee to a reporting licensee in an amount not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) annually. The fees authorized to be charged pursuant to this section are appropriated to the division for expenditure to pay administrative expenses of the division. Expenditure shall be by warrants drawn by the department of finance and administration based on vouchers signed and submitted by the director."".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
