has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 23, after "to" insert "fifty percent of".

2. On page 5, line 18, after the period insert:

"A taxpayer may claim only one tax credit per taxable year.".

3. On page 7, line 3, after "to" insert "fifty percent of".

4. On page 7, line 22, after the period insert:

"A taxpayer may claim only one tax credit per taxable year.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
