has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS;".

2. On page 1, line 22, after subsection designation "A." strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety.

3. On page 2, line 1, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

4. On page 2, line 5, strike "five million dollars ($5,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three million nine hundred thousand dollars ($3,900,000)".

5. On page 4, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
