Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 22, after "2003." insert:

"A person shall not serve as a medication aide without completing an approved training program through the state of New Mexico.".

2. On page 3, line 4, strike "general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "board of nursing fund".

3. On page 3, line 8, strike "general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "board of nursing fund".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
