has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 13, strike "collection" and insert in lieu thereof "assessment".

2. On page 3, line 8, strike "Reasonable" and insert in lieu thereof "The director may pay reasonable".

3. On page 3, lines 9 and 10, strike "may be paid".

4. On page 3, line 13, after the period insert "The superintendent of insurance shall examine and audit the fund pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 59A, Article 4 NMSA 1978.".

5. On page 3, line 24, strike ", risk".

6. On page 3, line 25, strike the line up to "that" and strike "has".

7. On page 4, strike line 1 in its entirety, and strike line 2 through "and".

9. On page 4, line 17, strike "general" and insert in lieu thereof "uninsured employers'".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
