HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 9

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY James Roger Madalena

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan and develop a domestic water delivery system for the San Luis-Cabezon mutual water association in Sandoval county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to develop and improve Pipeline road in Sandoval county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to purchase and install traffic signals at United States highway 550 and Hill road and at New Mexico highway 313 and Calle Presidente in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the health and community services building in Sandoval county.
