HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 10

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY James Roger Madalena

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE PUEBLO OF JEMEZ IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a community services building at the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county;

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to improve the site, install a modular building and connect infrastructure for an interagency law enforcement center at the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county;

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to purchase a water truck to relieve overflow from the wastewater system at the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate and install telecommunication infrastructure to an existing building for a training and employment service center at the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county.
