FOR NEW FACILITIES AT THE SANTA FE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000) to plan, design and construct facilities at the Santa Fe county fairgrounds.
